Introduction:
Hello, my name is Ayman Jiwani. In this first session I will tell you about the need of workout and diet in
our body and its benefits for a better change.

Everyone wants a change and for this change many few people workout so If want to have proper
muscles and posture you have to work out with focus and proper diet intake is must.

Let’s start from today train your muscles and you will get the momentum. Keep two things in mind 1.
Start making goals for your body and keep following it. 2. From today stop making excuses.
In this Course,
1. You will learn different Workouts (totally home based).
2. I will provide you 2 types of diet plans according to your workouts so that you can take which
one suits on your body.
3. You will learn Chest workouts, Back Workout, Biceps & triceps workouts, legs workout and
Shoulder Workout.
4. You will learn about diet as diet is the most important part of body building.

1. Your mindset should be strong all the time to move towards proper growth.
2. Don’t doubt yourself be confident all the time.
3. Strong workouts will make you stronger.

1. Water intake is must for every body for health and growth.
2. Proper sleep will allow your body to workout properly otherwise you will be lazy.
