I Rodrigo my routine starts; I get up, take a bath,

brush my teeth, get dressed, say goodbye to my

mother, and cycle to my work route.
I get to work, do biosecurity protocols, enter the
plant, receive a safety talk and start work. At noon I
have my lunch, then I resume activities until the
five-thirty departure time, I get home, take a bath,
have my dinner, take virtual classes and finally I go
to sleep.
