Article on Turnover

Introduction:
In organization some employees leaves on organization’s choice and some employees leaves on
their own choice. Both of this turnover interrupted in organizations operation and teamwork
performance and create cost for the organization. For developing employees skills many
organization arrange some training program but if employees leaves this investment is wasted.
When increase employee turnover it will be harmful for productivity of a firm and made difficult
situation. Every organization’s aim to increasing the productivity and decreasing the employee
turnover, managing both of these we will achieve our target. The key factor of productivity of the
organization based on motivated and high performing employees. At a glance on the perspective
of causes, effect and turnover minimizing strategy there must need to develop for betterment of
the organization.
Hypothesis:
In this article, the author came with five-research question that focused to discussing in this
article. The questions are:
 Analyze those strategies that will minimize employee turnover
 If employee turnover increase what will be happen?
 Identify the main turnover factors in some Saudi business companies through survey
 Explain what you expect to reduce employee turnover
 Identify those skills of Saudi employees which can be developed by training
To conduct research with this study, To offering personal growth and development, interesting
work, pleasant salary, create new compensation package, increasing the level of satisfaction
these strategies will minimize employee turnover. Increasing the employee turnover that will
creates cost for the organization. The main turnover factors are: poor working environment,
fringe benefit, Influences co workers, less salary. To reducing employee turnover we have to
retaining valuable employee, flexible working time, recruiting suitable employee, giving health
benefits, Top performer reward, good compensation package, work life balance, personal
development. By training and development Saudi employees can improve their knowledge, skills
and abilities.
Article on Retention
Introduction:
Behind every organization’s sustainability and development there is the key role is employees of
that organization. Competitive advantages of the organization is influenced and controlled by the
human resources. Employees guide to survival and profitability of a company. When employees
works in an organization they enhance the knowledge, skills, experience, culture and values but
leaving the organization employees take away these with him and sometimes it will be made a
trap or used against of an organization. Reducing strength or effectiveness is not good for a
company’s image could send wrong indication to the customer and employees.
Hypothesis:
In this article, the author came with four-research question that focused to discussing in this
article. The questions are:
 What will happen if employee retention increase?
 Identify the reasons to increasing the employee retention
 Analyze how to decrease employee retention
 Which way company can attract their employees to their job?
To conduct research with this study, To increase employee retention it damaged sustainability
and development, reducing strength and effectiveness and also create a bad image of a company.
The reasons of employee retention is offering better paying job, bad relation with superior, poor
working condition, job dissatisfaction, lack of career opportunity, lower salary. To decrease
employee retention : hiring right people, firing unfit, create new compensation package, reward
employees, flexibility, opportunities to growth and development, provide incentives. Employees
can attract by offering different opportunities or reward the like as: holiday package, bonus,
higher studies in abroad. Because we can’t controlled them we can attract them.
