 Correct the alignment of services:

 Clicking on the “Claim Form” in the header is not opening the Claim Form.

 Add a guide button below the text in slider # 3. Clicking on this button should

take the user to the PDF file in the next tab. I will share that PDF file with you

on Skype.

 Clicking on “READ MORE” should take the user to that specific service in the

“Services” page. For example, clicking on “READ MORE” of “Personal Injury”


should take the user directly to the “Personal Injury” tab in the “Services”

page.

 Change “The accident management industry came into existence in the

1980s” to “We offer professional and legal assistance while making a claim.”

We understand the frustration that our clients go through after an accident

and the last thing they would want is to be left without a car, this is why we

promise to deliver a like for like or in most cases a better vehicle than yours

at your door the very same day. We offer instant standard, prestige and

sport/performance and commercial vehicles to our customers.

No Deposit or Card Authorisation

We understand that people face financial difficulties and especially after an

accident the last thing they should worry about is giving a deposit for a

vehicle. We value our customers’ needs and strive to provide an easy, simple

and hassle free service – which is why we do not take any deposit or freeze

any money on your credit/debit card, when you take a vehicle from us.

Fully Comprehensive Insurance Cover

All our vehicles are covered by a comprehensive insurance policy. This means

that you are fully protected while driving our replacement vehicle on the

road. Should an unfortunate accident take place with our vehicle, you are

liable to pay an excess? The amount of excess you are liable for will depend

on the type of vehicle that has been given to you. All the terms and

conditions will be explained prior to you signing the hire documents.


Collision Damage Waiver

For a little extra premium on the hire bill (which you are not liable to pay for

as it is recovered from the “at fault” party’s insurance company) you can opt

in for a collision damage waiver. This means that if you are involved in an

accident you have a reduced excess or £0.00 excess, putting your mind at

rest when you take a vehicle from us.

Age Restrictions

As long as you are above the age of 18 and hold a full UK driving licence, our

replacement vehicle service will be available to you.

Unlimited Mileage

We allow unlimited mileage on all our vehicles meaning that you can drive as

much as you want without worrying about excess mileage charge.

Parking Tickets / Speeding Fines

Most companies will charge an admin fee for receiving a parking ticket or a

speeding fine, but here at Black & White Accident Management, we do not

charge our valued customers any additional administration fees. We simply

request you to make the actual payment of the ticket/fine; if that’s

inconvenient for you we will send the ticket/fine to your address to arrange

payment or appeal.
