My family tries to eat a variety of foods, especially homemade food.

Breakfast is a very
important meal - it can either make or break your day. This is important because the body is
loaded with nutrients and energy for the whole day. For breakfast, I love homemade yogurt
with oatmeal or homemade strawberry jam. On weekends I like to have breakfast with
pancakes, pasta or muffins.

Lunch is important for everyone and should never be ruled out as it provides energy and
nutrients to support the body and brain throughout the next. I prefer to have cream soup,
fish, rice or potatoes for lunch, although it is good to eat a variety of cereals and legumes.

Follow the custom of strengthening your body with carbohydrate foods, such as candy,
banana, apple or honey, because they are a source of energy for my body.

We usually gather the whole family for dinner. Preferred dishes with salads of different
vegetables or roasted vegetables and chicken.

During the day, usually when my school schedule is quite busy, I like to eat different types of
nuts, which are rich in fat, which are very important for our health. They protect the
cardiovascular system, help not to absorb vitamins from food, keep you full after a long time
and last but not least - they are delicious!
