HOMEWORK (Life of Christ)

1. WHAT IS THE RESPONSE OF THE MULTITUDE? (Mark 3:20)

If we read Mark 3:20-21, we have seen that when they heard that Jesus went home, many people
gathered together. They were there to see Jesus doing miracles. They knew what He did. the fact that
they didn’t think to eat their foods is an evidence that they want to see and know who Jesus is even
though there are some who accused Him of being insane.

2. WHAT IS THE RESPONSE OF JESUS’ FRIENDS? (Mark 3:21)

When they’ve noticed that many people gathered together to see Jesus, His disciples thought differently
that they want to rid them. There are some who want to rid Him since there are people who assumed
many things concerning to Jesus.

3. WHAT IS THE RESPONSE OF JESUS’ FAMILY? (Mark 3:22-35)

If we look at the context of the said passage, Jesus stated about the accusation that He received from
religious leaders that He can do miracles because Satan gave that to Him, allegedly. At the same time,
He told those who listened to Him that religious leaders and unbelievers who accused Him of using
satanic miracles were intentionally blasphemed the Holy Spirit. At the same time, since the members of
the family were there (which is, at that His siblings do not believe yet that Jesus is the promised Savior),
He said that those who put their trust in Him were considered part of the spiritual family.
