activities. After counting the balls, we will rope count to see how high the student or class can
count.
• Kindergarten Science TEK: (5A) observe and record properties of objects, including bigger or smaller,
heavier or lighter, shape, color, and texture.

classroom. Determining the size, color, texture, heavy or light. Analyzing how the balls can
bounce high or low and what games or activities we can make with all the balls.
• Kindergarten Physical Education TEK: (5A) use equipment and space properly

areas. The harder and bigger balls will be played outside and have space to work with it. The
lighter and smaller balls will be in the classroom for the students to interact with them by
comparing or contrasting and being able to move them around the room without anyone getting
hurt.
Lesson Overview to Teach Expected Behavior: Attention Catcher teacher will use is demonstrating raised
hand and pointed finger on the mouth. The teacher will point to visuals of sitting criss-cross, raised hand and
quiet mouth. Each lesson we will start off by practicing C.R.A.W.L. Teaching them how to sit criss-cross on the
carpet, raising their hand to answer, giving their attention to the teacher, waiting till called on and lastly
listening carefully to be called on or hearing other classmate's answers.
Overview to Explain the Purpose and Power of the Plan: The purpose of the activity is to show how students
answer during lessons and to wait patiently for their turn to be called on. It can work by the students seeing their
progress on how they are doing on C.R.A.W.L. To see if they need to work on it, or seeing success progress.
