Heloo everyone!

In my opinion based on my understanding if we teach young learner skilled teachers is needed

because every young learner is different, teachers must be more creative and innovative. Why I said
like this because young learners feel bored more quickly so that the teacher must create a
fun way of learning, for example by playing a game and  teacher provides interesting
material and determines what students actually want to know and do as a result of their
course. Therefore, teachers must be good role models in terms of language use and social
behavior.
