a Michelin star refers to the good gastronomic quality of the
restaurant.
Three stars indicate exceptional cuisine. Two stars indicate a very
good quality and one star indicates that the restaurant is very
good.
To get a Michelin star, four anonymous inspectors visit a
restaurant, eat in it and evaluate it, depending on the result, they
give or not the star to the restaurant.
You can have at least one Michelin star and at most three.

Alain Ducase is the chef with the most Michelin stars in the
world. It has more than 20 stars. He got them in its restaurants in
Europe, America and Asia.
In Madrid there are 20 restaurants with Michelin Star.
Dabid Muñoz in his restaurant DiveXo, has got 3 stars.
With 1 and 2 stars, they are Paco Roncero, Coque, Kabuki
restaurants etc ...
