PART A. MAJOR FINAL OUTPUT (CORE FUNCTIONS- 90%)

I. TEACHING (70%) The performance indicators that belong to this parameter are:
(1) Teaching Effectiveness; (2) Attendance to Classes; (3) Instructional
Materials; and (4) Syllabus

1. Teaching Effectiveness. The QCE of the NBC 461 instrument for Instruction/
Teaching Effectiveness shall be used for the assessment of Faculty Teaching
Effectiveness. The overall rating is the summation of the percentage allocation
of the evaluators: Students- actual number of students if less than 30 in the
class or 30 students (25%); Supervisor- 1 (25%); Peer- 3 (25%); Self- 1 (25%).
