Qno1: these are some paradigm how these paradigm are useful in our social life ?

Ans: Useful paradigm in our social life:

1) Religion acts as a drug, which keeps the proletariat from rising up against their oppressors.
2) The family works toward the continuance of social inequality within a society by maintaining and
reinforcing the status quo.
3) Various groups in society are delineated by those in power and then are pitted against each
other in a struggle for wealth, power, and status.

The Conflict paradigm does a very good job of explaining racism, sexism, ageism, socioeconomic
inequality (wealth and poverty), etc.

The Conflict paradigm describes the inequalities that exist in all societies around the globe.
Conflict is particularly interested in the inequalities that exist based on all of the various aspects
of master status—race or ethnicity, sex or gender, age, religion, ability or disability, and SES. SES
is an abbreviation of socioeconomic status and is comprised of the combined effects of income,
education, and occupation. Every society is plagued by inequality based on social differences
among the dominant group and all of the other groups in society, according to the Conflict
paradigm. When we are analyzing any element of society from this perspective, we need to look
at the structures of wealth, power, and status and the ways in which those structures maintain
the social, economic, political, and coercive power of one group at the expense of all other
groups.

Qno2: what steps are important in sociology ………. research ?

Ans:

A research method is a systematic plan for doing research. Existing sources is a research method in
which available data is analyzed.

The ten steps are:

1)What is your topic? 2)What have others already learned?

3)What, exactly, are your questions? 4)What will you need to carry out the research?

5)Are there ethical concerns? 6)What method will you use?

7)How will you record the data? 8)What do the data tell you?
9)What are your conclusions? 10)How can you share what you've learned?

Research Methodology is the most vital part of a research study; it can be called as the spine of a
research. A research methodology determines the direction that your study will follow and the manner
in which you would collect your data and the depth of your data. Define the goals, objectives, and
research question and read the previous studies and researches to find out the most commonly and/or
effectively used methodological approaches to collect data. Find out the time, resources, and
capabilities you have that would enable you to carry out a research design better than the other and
then write down the entire research methodological approach in detail and review.
