The following is from a speech by the President of
the Best Charity Club to her club members
“Three months ago, the charity for Youth club held
a bake sale at the annual 4th of July bash in the
town. They raised over $2,000. Our club budget
currently has a deficit of $1,000, and we have some
pending purchases and contributions which total
over $1,000. This brings our monetary need to
$2,000. We should hold a bake sale at the annual
Christmas party at the Civic Center in order to raise
the funds we need to cover these costs.”
The conclusion made by the president of the Best Charity Club to her club
members is that they should hold a bake sale at the annual Christmas party
at the Civic Center in order to raise the funds they need to cover costs.

To justify the conclusion she pointed out that three months ago, the charity
for youth club held a bake sale at the annual 4th of July bash in the town
and they raised 2000 rupees. secondly she also pointed out that their club
budget currently has a deficit of 1000 rupees. moreover they have some
pending purchase and contribution which total over 1000 rupees. which
brings their monetary need to 2000 rupees.

The first point is not up to mark as the youth club held the bake sale in the
month of July. where the bake sale was good as there were no competition
of bake sale as that was not the time of Christmas. but during the
Christmas there are many outlets from where the bake sale goes on. so
their noble cause would turn into a business competition.

Second point says that their club budget has a deficit of 1000. so they need
to reassure the amount. and see the cause of the deficit. they can also
make a campaign about a particular matter to raise the fund. they need not
require to open a business. they can put up a book fair that will enhance
the education and they would fill their deficit with the profit. they should
think about the things that would enhance the upliftment of the society.

They should also see the details of their pending purchase. and be clear of
the least possible way to spend their money. they can cut down their
contribution for a particular period of time. so that their deficit has be filled.

The President should be more laconic about the points. and she should
also provide the details of the deficit. their pending purchase list can be
provided so that only the necessities would be allowed to buy for the time
being and others can be kept for later. The contribution need to be more
prudent. after adjudging the following requisites the speech can be
concluded.
