Hello everybody, today I will talk

about home accidents.

Believe it or not at home, many
accidents happen while we cook, play
or clean at home.
Yesterday I had to go shopping at the
supermarket and I asked my husband if
he could clean the house. When I came
from the supermarket, my husband
wasn’t at home so I asked my son if
he knew where he was. He told that
Juan had gone to the hospital because
the floor was slippery and he fell. I
forgot that he had never cleaned the
house before last night.
Another accident happened two weeks
ago while I was cooking dinner. My
husband and I have been married for
five years so I wanted to surprise
him with a new food recipe. I was
exhausted because I had been working
six hour weeks so I wanted to finish
quickly to get some sleep. When I
finished boiling the vegetables I
forgot to put on my gloves and burn
myself, thank god it wasn’t serious
and my son gave me the first aid kit.

And finally The last accident I

remember happened two years ago with
my son.
Xavier was five years old when he has
his first injury.
He was playing soccer with his
friends at the yard when the ball
suddenly hit him in the face. I was
very afraid because he was bleeding a
lot but my husband calm me down and
take care of the situation. He called
the ambulance and tried to stop the
bleeding with alcohol and gauze. When
the ambulance arrive, they told me
that he had done a very good job and
that my son would be fine.
