To Whom It May Concern:

It is with great pleasure to write this letter on behalf of Heather Baker for any college or career
scholarship. As Heather FFA advisor, I have watched Heather grow into a well rounded and
motivated individual. In any task that comes before her, Heather becomes extremely focused and
highly competitive. Heather’s success is her drive to be the best in everything that she does,
allowing her accomplishments to speak for themselves. Heather has been a very active member
of the Merced El Capitan FFA chapter, as well as being active in the great culture of the school.

Heather is quite the perfectionist and until she gets the results she is seeking, she will continue to
chip at any task at hand. In our Government class she always asked questions and followed
through at every task. Every assignment was done on time and she was a great worker in class.
