DDG ET&R forwarding documents to the Director Planning

Director Planning forwarding documents to the Director Medical Services

Director Medical Services, forwarding documents to the Secretary of Health

Documents sent back from office of Secretary of Health to ET & R Unit

Documents given to the subject clerk

Subject clerk forward documents to SA of ET & R Unit

SA gets the signature of DDG ET&R original signature for the NHSL doctors and fill
a common(already prepared) letter for other doctors

Letter of approval posted to the applying Medical Officer

IF BASIC SALARY IS

Rs 40,000/=, 35% PER MONTH =Rs 14,000/= per month = Rs 168,000 per year for 6 yrs

Rs 50,000/= ,35% PER MONTH =Rs 17,500/= per month = Rs 210,000 per year for 6 yrs
