Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager. Provides prompt and friendly service to Store
Staff and assist them when necessary

Job Description :
Core
 Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
by concern and patience in all interactions and treating
Staff as the most important people in the store.

 Answers the telephone promptly when called upon and

provides friendly, helpful service to Staff who calls
regarding Merchandise enquiry from any store

 Make note of Pcode required from store. Check and

remove it from Warehouse Rack and Outward it from
System and Send at Store (In 3-4 Min Maximum Time
Stock should reach at Santacruz Store complete all
Process)

 Incase Stock is not available Politely call to respective

counter and update them on immediate basis on phone
call

 Incase case of discrepancy in system stock and physically

stock which you came to know while phone call highlight
that Pcode to yogini and warehouse Manager to cross
check the mismatch area and get it rectified while doing
GC of that brand

 Ensure whatever stock goes out of store during call

requirement mandatory it Should be out warded from
System will be your responsibility

 Communicates clearly and distinctly on the intercom or

telephone system
  Randomly cross check whether stock Checker is checking
the stock as per his Job description ( Checking Individual
Merchandise and Keeping in Racks )

 Create Challan in case if stock is going out of store for badli

/ sample / piece to piece exchange etc)
