First I would like to say thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to take this

interview. And I want to tell you about myself, my name is M. Taufik Wildan Ramadhani. You
can call me Wildan. I am 20 years old, and I graduated from Ahmad Dahlan University a
year ago. With a bachelor's degree in economic development. I am from Jakarta and I have
work experience as an assistant development technology planning expert in the city
government of DKI Jakarta. I am a person who is able to carry out duties with full
responsibility, discipline and honesty. I am also able to work both as a team and individually.
besides that I am able to operate MS Office and other development planning technology
design applications. My English skills are also quite good because when I worked in DKI
Jakarta I often met clients from abroad. There are some weaknesses that I still continue to
improve on, namely that I am not able to manage time, but I am trying to improve them by
compiling my daily schedule and weekly schedule. My short goal, I want to be part of this
company and help in creating new innovations in production technology in this company. My
long term goal is to be a leader of technology innovation in the research development
division and gift has a big impact on the progress of the company. 5 years later, when I
became a manager in this company, I wanted to provide advances in production and
marketing technology in this company so that they could compete globally with an effective
and efficient technology system. I want to change one thing in my personality in time
management because with good time management, it will have a big impact on my life and
even other people. In my opinion, success is when I am able to be of use to others with the
abilities I have. In my opinion, failure is a process towards success that can provide lessons
and experiences to be better. and here I really want to join this company because this
company is a company with good development planning technology and my ability in the
field of technological innovation and the work experience that I have can have a real impact
on this company, especially in the division of technology and development.
