Interviews: Are effective when collecting facts and opinions about the
system by meeting the users, employees and managers that will be using
the system
Questionnaires or surveys: This enables analysts to collect more
information about the system in a very short period of time.
Group meetings: By conversations, important and valuable information
and opinions are collected but the meeting time is never exact
Observation: This is another way requirements are gathered, by physically
observing people, users, customers, just to see the interaction with the
system.
