Uploading to microsites and learning resources portals managed by the division and regional offices is not allowed. Only locally initiated learning resources may be included in such services. File-sharing drives containing the final and ready-to-print modules are strictly for limited storage as part of the technical process of printing. Such drives shall have an updating feature accessible by duly appointed personnel. Offline sharing, such as the use of flash drive, shall be regulated by providing regular updating of files in sync with the regular updates in Microsoft Teams, DepEd Commons and the LR Portal. Consistent with DepEd Order No. 17 s. 2020, while private schools are encouraged to avail of the self-learning modules in aid of the teaching and learning process, as SLMs are government property, written permission from the Department of Education is required.
