5 years from now

From the moment I read the job description in Job Street for this position, I was excited about
your company’s role in the community and for this reason, I am thrilled at the possibility of
working with you for a long time. I’m r driven to achieve both mine and the company’s
goals, and it is my belief that this stability will allow me to do so as I grow within this role.
Five years down the road I see myself growing into a manager where I’ll be able to use my
skills to support and influence others.

What attracts you to our company?/why u interest in this position

I noticed your company in 2019 when the R&F Mall Johor Bahru wins the best retail
development award. I am amazed by the creative design of the mall. the flowing and open-
air design of R&F mall in Johor Bahru goes against the structure of boxy shopping
centers, despite being enveloped by several towers. I am proud if I can be part of the team
on developing such creative buildings.

I'm intrigued by your approach to employee wholeness and putting employee happiness first
where your company organized sports day and Christmas celebration in 2018. I believe
Happy employees in turn provide better productivity and efficiency during work.
