VERSATILE( can quickly adjust according to the situation)

When I was organizing an international student conference in TAR UC, my team and I
eventually met a serious problem where the budget set by the management team had
been exceeded due to some reasons. Hence, As the head of the graphic design team, I do not
want the other department to suffer on restraining their budget. I proposed to the management
where our department can reduce some expenses including the printing expenses. Hence, to
solve this issue, we eventually seek many suppliers which able to offer us a competitive price
with the best quality. In the end, we found a supplier which able to offer a competitive price
and this allows us to meet the budget set by the management. Hence, I believe I can source
potential suppliers and conduct pricing comparisons in the future when I am working in
this position.

ADAPTABLE
When I was working as a business development executive in TOYOKO Group, I
eventually encountered a few problems when it comes to arranging meetings with our
clients. This is because our clients and my company director were very busy and the time
available for a meeting is limited. To encounter this problem, I have my unique way where I
will usually ask for the availability of time one or two weeks in advance from both parties. I
will record it down in excel to see whether which time is available for both parties to meet.
After that, I will send a full detailed message to my client and director regarding the meeting.
One day before the meeting, I will also send a friendly reminder to them and ready for any
changes if they could not make it. Hence, I believe I can the arraignment of meeting with
contractor and suppliers listed in the job description easily.
