What can u contribute to our company/ why should we hire you

Throughout my management experience on my previous job and also as a vice president in

the society, I believe I can lead and motivate the team on the incoming projects especially
for princess cove project area which is located in Johor. Yet, I have not lost the ability to
follow when it is necessary. In the past, I developed my method on managing multiple
projects at a time which eventually improve the efficiency and accuracy by 25%. I look
forward to work with the rest of the team with my own method which helps to improve the
efficiency of work in your company.

VERSATILE( can quickly adjust according to the situation)

When I was organizing an international student conference in TAR UC, my team and I
eventually met a serious problem where the budget set by the management team had
been exceeded due to some reasons. Hence, As the head of the graphic design team, I do not
want the other department to suffer on restraining their budget. I proposed to the management
where our department can reduce some expenses including the printing expenses. Hence, to
solve this issue, we eventually seek many suppliers which able to offer us a competitive price
with the best quality. In the end, we found a supplier which able to offer a competitive price
and this allows us to meet the budget set by the management. Hence, I believe I can source
potential suppliers and conduct pricing comparisons in the future when I am working in
this position.
