I. INTRODUCTION
Flashy Flashers Inc., is a medium-sized company with 500 employees and

75 management staff members. Johnny Bennett, the president of company is

the founder of Flashy Flashers. Initially, Johnny produced cable assembles

in his garage and through hard work, dedication, consistent product quality,

and customer service, he expanded the network. The main aim of the

company is customer satisfaction, and the motto is, “Love thy customers as

thyself”. Flashy Flashers has the production line of automotive electrical

parts and has 75 auto parts suppliers and car dealers.

II. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Flashy Flashers’ two primary products are the automotive front side lamp

and the headlamp. Ollie Prout, the Vice President of operations proposed the

introduction of new MRP system, which will help to secure a better

competitive edge. MRP System was installed for effective resources

planning and for proper inventory scheduling. This program was approved

by Johnny Bennett. After a year, the company started receiving too many

customer reports claiming that customer service is worst and late shipments

occur due to new MRP process. Everyone shows discernment towards this
