CHAPTER IV CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTIONS A. Conclusion Based on the discussion on the previous chapter, the writer will conclude that speaking is proses of communication of two persons or group. Teaching speaking at Junior High School is not easy task for the teacher. To teaching speaking, the teacher can consider with a good tcaching strategy in the class. There are many interesting strategies that can be applied by the teacher in teaching speaking; one of them is combining of Philosophical Chair and Instructional Conversation Strategy. Combining of Philosophical Chair and Instructional Conversation Strategy is a speaking strategy to represent an easy way and faster for the students to get information and develop ideas and also to understand material. Based on the explanation in the previous chapter, philosophical chair strategy can make student freedom to explore their opinion and became a critic thinker. Then, Instructional Conversation Strategy helps the students to develop ideas and make students can be a speaker to speak in English well. This strategy can be used in all genres, but in this paper the writer chooses Expression of opinion to make the students active and confident in speak EnglishB. Suggestion Based on the conclusion, the writer hopes the students in Junior High School has good motivation and interested in studying English especially for speaking subject. The main point is the students can comprehend about the information of the text. Students will improve their speaking in combining these strategies, the students can remember and get new information and also to understand about the material. However, the students can develop ideas and can speak English well in Instructional Conversation Strategy. In addition, the writer wants to suggest for the English teacher as well as the students. First, English teacher should be creative in finding the strategy in teaching English especially for speaking. One of the strategies that would be best if the teacher uses Combining of Philosophical Chair and Instructional Conversation Strategy. Second, the teacher should prepare the material that will be used in the classroom in order to lead teaching and learning process well. And the last, the teacher has to be creative teacher in finding familiar texts, so the students can easily improve their knowledge in teaching learning proce
