When the unit arrives the rubber plugs need to be taken out of the copper lines on the evaporator

coil
to and the condensing unit to make sure that both pieces of equipment still have pressure in the
systems, if there is not pressure that could indicate the units have a leak and will need to be fixed before
the system is started. The frame that is sent out with the package needs to be modified so that the
transformer will be placed underneath the unit and if you have the transformer and the rectifiers on the
left side of the porch the one rectifier needs to be relocated to sit on the porch Infront of the wall
mounted unit. Once those have been relocated and the unit framed welded to the floor and wall the
unit can be placed to sit on the top of frame. Inside the drive house on the right side as you enter into
the door the plug panel doors and frame has to be moved all the way to the right this can be done if you
take both doors off you will have to switch out the frame. The frame piece that is 3 inches wide needs to
be mounted up against the wall closest to the door so there is only a inch or so gap from the door and
the wider frame goes in between the two doors and the wall panel gets mounted far left. The unit must
be installed as one piece inside once the frame and doors have been relocated. You will need to re-
frame the ceiling frame and tiles and the frame can be mounted to the top of the air handler for
support. There needs to be two cables ran to the mcc panel for the power of the both units and then
there is another cable that runs from unit to air handler and then the temp sensor this sensor has to be
hooked up or system will not operate. there need to be 2 inch hole drilled inside the bottom of air
handler and continue through the floor of house for the drain line from the evaporator coil. The temp
sensor and controller should be place next to the other thermostats. The air handler comes with the
supply grill on the bottom blowing all the air directly on the MCC panel, this needs to be modified so
only half the air blows towards the mcc. The side of the air handler that is pointing towards the drives,
the easiest way to complete this is take the grill out and cut the grill in half and weld the piece of metal
that is cut out on the other side of the unit

The air handler must be taken thru the door horizontally once you have the unit inside the drive house
the unit needs to be stood up, you might have to walk it upright and then slide it into place. The plug
panel doors must be removed, and the frames move to where there is no gap at the door. The wide wall
skin moves to the left side once the doors have been moved the unit can be stood up and put in place
once the ceiling has been taken down and the ceiling framing has been removed. If the copper line is
coming out of the unit to far this can be cut down, so it does not keep the unit from moving into place.
When running the copper lines make sure that the Armaflex is glued at all the seams and then tape the
seams together to make sure there are not gaps that water can flow through then place the copper lines
into a tray that can be secured to the top of cabinets, this can be made with a 4 inch pipe cut in half, the
pipe can be plastic or metal. Once the unit is secured take the grill off the unit and measure the side of
the unit that faces towards the drives and walkway and cut the bottom
