Nowadays, more and more people workout everyday and focus on their fitness and health.

While this is a very healthy thing to do daily, there are some responsibilities that cannot be
postponed because of the workout. I firmly believe that working out is the best way to send
away all the stress and anger a person has.

First of all, getting active and working out is a way for a person to get more active. For
example, if a person is sitting all day long in front of a television, it is better to exercise and
get active. Moreover, exercising is helping to improve a person's health. As individuals we
deal with numerous health problems, such as obesity, cancer or stress, and more and more
people daily overcome these problems by working out. Exercising has decreased most
health issues people are suffering from.

On the other hand, working out can prevent people from other responsibilities they have to
do, such as homework or housework. Teenagers tend to believe that focusing on having a
great body is the only thing that they need to do and leave their homework aside. Moreover,
parents that workout and exercise, eventually will get tired and leave the housework for
another day.

To sum up, exercising is the healthiest way to cope with diseases and get your mind off of
something that bothers you, but I believe that studying and doing/completing your
responsibilities is something important as well and individuals should not forget that.
