position of Head Teacher III with Salary Grade 16. As such, he receives an annual basic salary
of ₱ 381,180.
As a permanent employee since June 26, 1996 his length of service in the government
is 22 years. Based on records, Mr. Legaspi has premium payments for the last six (6) months.
This certification is being issued upon the request of Mr. Legaspi as a requirement for his
application in the GSIS Scholarship Program for AY 2017-2018.
