SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, Brian Paul Santos , of legal age, Filipino, and with residence

and postal address at #25 Taurus Street, Carmel 5 Subdivision,
Tandang Sora Quezon City do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE and
appoint my mother-in-law, Venielyn Perez, likewise Filipino, of legal
age, married, and with residence and postal address at #25 Taurus
Street, Carmel 5 Subdivision, Tandang Sora Quezon City (whose
signature appears herein below and which signature I now hereby attest to
be true, genuine and authentic), to be my/our true and lawful Attorney-
in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform, on
my behalf and for my account, the following acts and deeds:

1. To Acquire, Receive and submit the title that is wished to be

acquired and received and to submit the requisite document/
documents required in accordance or in relation to the said document
/ Title.

2. To sign, execute and deliver as Attorney-in-fact requisite and

required documents covering such or in relation to said Title.

3. This Special Power of Attorney is a special agency created to enable

said attorney-in-fact to exercise the special powers and authorities
herein granted, this Special Power of Attorney shall not be revoked
nor cancelled without prior written consent of the principal Brian
Paul Santos.

I HEREBY GIVE AND GRANT unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power and
authority to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite,
necessary or proper to be done in and about the properties and assets as I might
or could do if personally present and acting in person; I also hereby, ratify and
confirm all that my said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done
under and by virtue of these presents.
Provided also is identity proof of me Brian Paul Santos and My mother-in-law,
Venielyn Perez acting as an Attorney-in-Fact in my behalf, with details and
signature for the verification purpose.
