SUGGESTED PROGRAMS FOR 21Days FASTING:

NOTE: This is a 21days Program for CONTINUOUS Fasting


The purpose of this program is to help each of us to slowly break our routine.
But for those who are set to do 21 days Fast under PLAN A - God be with you
May He strengthen you and empower you with His super natural strength

March 18 to March 24:


PLAN A: No social Media/Games [21days],
No food [8hrs] and water only [21days]
PLAN B: No Social Media/Games [21days],
Fruit intake [8hrs] and water only [21days]
PLAN C: No Social Media/Games [21days],
No coffee and other drinks except water [7days]

March 25 to March 31
PLAN A No social Media/Games [14days]
No food [10hrs] and water only [14days]
PLAN B No social Media/Games [14days]
Fruit intake [10hrs] and water only [14days]

April 1 to April 8
PLAN A No social Media/Games [7days]
No food [10-12hrs] and water only [7days]

Read 1 stanza/day but there is 1day that you need to read 2stanzas
