Homework #2

‘’Sa dagat at bundok sa simoy at sa langit mong bughaw ‘’

In English translation, this means "Ever within thy skies and through
thy clouds and o'er thy hills and sea." The Philippines is known for its
breathtaking destinations. An archipelagic country made up of 7,641 islands
and a culturally diverse country. The phrase describes its mountainous
terrains, dense forests, plains, clear skies, fresh air, and coastal areas; its
biodiversity is rich. It says all about the Philippines' nature, our homeland.
Our ancestors preserve our character well. However, the new generations do
not appreciate what we have. Well, most of them do not know how important
our country's natural gift. These gifts, we do not own, but perhaps those gifts
are the one who holds us, so we must protect and give our life to preserve it
because we serve this country not only for ourselves but for the betterment of
its once nature. (154 words)
