The Clothes we wear

Our clothes introduce us and speak for us. To Mrs. Wallace clothes and fashion are important.
She is careful what she wears because she wants to look elegant. Mr. Wallace is indifferent to
fashion. He wears clothes that are comfortable and practical.

People wear different clothes for different situations. Gloria and Mark are pupils. They wear
uniforms in school. Mark wears a jacket, a shirt, a tie and trousers. Gloria wears a blouse, a tie
and trousers or a skirt. The ties are in the colours for the school and the jackets have the school
badge on the top pocket.

At home the Wallaces wear comfortable clothes. Mrs. Wallace and Mark prefer to wear jeans
and T-shirts. Mrs. Wallace often wears large dresses. Gloria likes jeans and tops.

On special occasions, Mr. Wallace and Mark wear suits. Mrs. Wallace wears elegant dresses.
Gloria wears something fashionable too.
