HR managers need further training, despite wealth of training, many lack skills and
qualifications, especially in crisis management. As we can observe this situation a lot of
challenges for HRM department such as;
 Managing panic
 Preventing dismissals
 Retaining workers
 Remote / internet management
 Lack of technological experience
 Disaster Management expertise and knowledge
 New safety legislation
How to cope these challenges we have to implement new strategies, as we know Companies
must also use new tools to provide workers with direct access to work. Human Resource
Management plays an important part in assisting organizations in navigating around the drastic
shifts brought about by the pandemic lockdown.
HR administrators must understand how to increase staff well-being during remote work in times
of distress when keeping personal stress into account. Aside from internal strategic relations, the
company's brand picture should reflect the company's approach to the employees during difficult
periods.
HR administrators must recognize their dominant position in the evolving processes of
digitalization and remote working models, as well as in the development of modern HR policies.
The HRM should implement techniques that include resilience, versatility, and adaptability.
The recent Covid-19 pandemic has placed human resource managers under a lot of pressure.
Organizations must react to and adjust to seismic developments around the world as a result of
the pandemic, and organize their staff accordingly.
Companies must plan for further transitions and uncertainty in the future. They should embrace
platform-based technology and create new business models. HRM plays a critical role in
assisting workers in overcoming the challenges posed by unanticipated developments in the
workplace and in society. Moreover, the workforce's digital and collaboration capabilities are
expected to progress to the next level.
HRM must deal with employee tension associated with the lack of work-family barriers as
remote working from home becomes more common. HRM is in responsible for coordinating
flexible or mixed jobs. Furthermore, the well-being and welfare of workers have an effect on
their performance. As a result, combining work and personal life when working from home can
be a major obstacle for HRM.

Employees' mental health may suffer as a result of the lack of socialization during the pandemic.
As a result, HR managers must adapt to this challenge by organizing digital meetings or online
relationships to keep workers motivated and productive.
It's impossible to regulate and track workers' behavior as they work from home. Managers also
discovered that using online monitoring systems and digital data to measure workload and results
is a viable option.
An organization should enable creativity and versatility without a specific policy document,
taking into account the individual needs of each employee, in order to create a flexible culture. A
more flexible workforce is a healthier and more prosperous one.
HRM should take the lead in assisting organizations in navigating around uncertainty, taking into
account the demands of professional development and employee mental health. Companies who
are preparing for the future must change their emphasis to include both corporate sustainability
and organizational safety.
When all employees are not dismissed, the social tension, anxiety, and fear of the majority of the
staff is so strong, so that organizational loyalty suffers, how to overcome this situation the
company should invite motivational speakers how to motivate the employees.
Finally, HR managers have faced problems with safety rules, and are afraid that their employees
will become sick as a result of the virus, so HRM should be concerned with understanding and
clarifying the regulation around coronavirus concerns how to protect their employees.
