I am an engineer in Tata Consultancy Services’ as a software developer with a more than

three-years experience and I have a B.Tech in Electronics Engineering and Computer

Science. I have maintained an outstanding performance at my job and received several team awards. I
have been introduced to key

technological innovations, global collaboration, and leadership roles as an engineer in

TCS. This has immensely inspired me to pursue a career in management and

technological leadership. I have also drawn motivation from my father, who was

placed at senior managerial position in a reputed organization. I seek to become an entrepreneur and a
leader in

technology and innovation to represent my country in the global arena. I believe that an

MBA education from a pioneer institute will be a most valuable and dynamic career opportunity for me.
This education

will equip me to represent India with excellence in the global technology and academic

community.

During my undergraduate career, I have been a part of several innovative team projects involving

critical analytical skills such as high energy experiments at VECC and study of basic telecommunication
technology in Eastern Railways. I have also done a Certifiate course in German language. Thus, my thirt
for learning keeps increasing day by day. As an engineer at TCS, I have been a code developer in
technologies like Mainframe and ETL . I have earned certificates in advanced technological skill-sets like
Az-

300 and 70-533 in azure. We have maintained a 24-hr functional server and azure

infrastructure operation for our client in Amsterdam as a team in this project. I have

collaborated with my team members, group lead, and my clients to solve key issues in

this project. I have mentored several junior team members and currently supervise 4

junior members. I wish to pursue this prestigious MBA degree to enhance my leadership

and management skills so that I can become a globally-competitive driving force for my

team.

Finally, I wish to merge the leadership and team building skills I learned through my dance career in
MBA education to reach new boundaries in innovation for my nation.
