EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 10-A

Series of 2021

AN AMENDMENT TO SECTION 7 OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 10, SERIES OF

2021.

WHEREAS, the National Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of

Emerging Infectious Disease recently issued Resolution No. 103 Series of 2021 dated
March 18, 2021;

WHEREAS, the abovementioned Resolution issued new guidelines on Business

Establishments and Regulated Activities;

NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of the power vested in me by law, I, ROSALINA

G. JALOSJOS, City Mayor of Dapitan, do hereby order to establish the following
guidelines for the City of Dapitan, to wit:

SECTION 1. Section 7 of Executive Order No. 10 is hereby amended as follows:

a. Casinos;
b. Nightclubs and similar establishments;
c. Such other places as identified by this LGU; and
d. Cockfighting and cockpit operations are hereby suspended pursuant to
IATF Resolution No. 103, Series of 2021.

Business establishments not mentioned above shall be allowed to operate at a

maximum of fifty percent (50%) in the exercise of this LGU’s discretion in relation
to the current COVID-19 condition in Dapitan City, as provided for in item B.2.c in
Resolution no. 103 of the NIATF;

Guidelines for random inspection/monitoring of resorts, food establishments, and

other operating businesses within Dapitan City are as follows:

a. Conduct of inspection and monitoring of the abovementioned

establishments shall be the joint responsibility of the City Inter-Agency
Task Force (CIATF) of Dapitan City, the Dapitan City Police, and the
Barangay Health Workers within each of their respective areas;
b. Proper coordination must be done by and between the
abovementioned three agencies prior to the conduct of random inspection
and monitoring; and
c. The CIATF of Dapitan,
Dapitan City Police, and the Barangay Health Workers concerned must
ensure that minimum public health protocols are being enforced and the
restrictions and regulations provided for in the Executive Order No. 10
Series of 2021 by the undersigned is being implemented.

SECTION 2. EFFECTIVITY. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.
