What to Expect Documentation to offar the Conditional Offer or an educational ‘course will only be issued once the driver has been identified ‘and has retumed the completed Notice confirming they were the driver. There are different ways a Notice of intended Prosecution can bbe dealt with depending on the circumstances, as follows: A Conditional Offer of Fixed Penalty You may qualify for a Conditional Offer of Fixed Penalty, this is a £100.00 fine and 3 points endorsement on your driving licence. DO NOT send your driving licence or payment unless you have received a Conditional Offer Driver Education Courses ‘An educational course may be offered if the following criteria are met + You have not completed a similar course within the last 3 years or been offered a similar course for a separate ‘offence which you are yet to book or attend. + You have provided your driving licence number and date of birth on the retued Notice. + You were the driver of the vehicle and retumed the Completed Notice in sufficient time for a course to be completed within 4 months of the date of the offence.* ‘Due to legal timescales, offers of a course will only be issued within 3 % months of the date ofthe offence.
