Re: Notice of Lease Termination

Dear Name,

This is to acknowledge receipt of your Notice of Lease Termination dated ________. As indicated in the
said Notice, the Contract of Lease shall be terminated on ________. Pursuant to the Contract, we shall
conduct a move-out inspection to ensure that the leased premises are in good, clean and safe condition.
Name shall coordinate with your office representative to set the schedule for the same.

As to the security deposit, please be informed that the same shall only be released once you have
completely and satisfactorily vacated and redelivered the leased premises and upon submission of proof
that the utilities and taxes due up to the last day of occupancy have been paid.
