    investigating the incident.

    4/17 - 2100-Blk Winchester Rd. - 9:30p - Units responded to a traffic crash, where David Sparks, 30, of Alexandria,
    was arrested for DUI and Driving Suspended, and out of Alexandria, Failure to Appear.
    4/18 - 8000-Blk Duke Ln. - 8:25a - Siddiq Kanneh, 24, of Manassas, was arrested for Grand Larceny, Damage to
    Property x2, Petit Larceny, Reckless Driving, Entering Property of Another.
