The quoted price should be the landed cost at

our laboratory including all tax and duties.

SPECIFICATIONS:

 Chilling Plant having temperature range: -40 ± 5°C

 Preferred compressor – 3phase (Emerson/Danfoss)
 Storage tank to be made of Stainless Steel.
 400 Liters Propylene glycol with appropriate proportion of water.
 0.5 HP (having mechanical seal) water pump (Kirlosker /Crompton /Reputed make) is to be provided with
suitable shunt path along with globe valve for flow regulation.
 A heat ex-changer unit (radiator) with inbuilt circulating fan and brass/stainless steel nozzles for inlet and
outlet.
 MS frame structure for placing the heat-exchanger fan coil unit.
 Required electrical panel for compressors are to be provided.
 The system will be operational for 24x7 hours. So necessary protection circuits along with suitable timer
circuits to be provided for safe and uninterrupted operation.
 Preferred thickness of puff insulation is 5”.
 Flexible insulated pipe having ID of ¾ inches and approx. 50ft in length for connection between chilled
storage tank and heat ex-changer fan coil unit.
 Separate electric circuit line along with proper protection circuits are to be provided for the pump.

 Points to be noted:
 Storage tank should have appropriate thickness of puff insulation so as to prevent any form of
condensation on the tank outer surface.
 Total cooling load on the heat exchanger unit is 900W approx.
 Compressor-Condenser Unit and any form of electrical circuitry should not be located below the storage
tank.
 Appropriate accessories such as globe valves & etc. to be provided.
