Let it Snow

Let it Snow is a film for secondary-school students, aged 16-18. I have

seen it in the last days of school before the Christmas holidays, and in
my opinion is a typical teenage film whose end is foreseen from the
beginning. However, the film has good production and script. The thing I
don't like it's the story itself.

The film is about a Christmas storm that buries Gracetown residents

under meters of snow causing chaos. An adventurous soul enters the
storm, gets off its stuck train, and is caught up in events that will change
some lives. Over the next three days, several high school students will
discover unexpected opportunities as well as complications that will test
their friendships, their love lives, and their aspirations for the future.

Unfortunately, as I have said before I did not enjoy this film, I recognize it
is well-produced and the director and the cameraman made good work.
In my opinion, it's a typical teenager film that tries to raise awareness in
teenagers of our age about different things. However, the moment you
are introduced to the characters and their feelings you get an idea of
what is going to happen, and therefore you spend the rest of the film
waiting for the end to come. I would have liked more than not all stories
would have ended the same, in my opinion, that would have given a
touch of surprise.
