The bearer of this letter mentioned in the list, has been invited by NASA (National
Aeronautics and Space Administration) to assist to the facilities of Kennedy Space Center
to witness the launch of the STS-134 and the JUNO mission, these missions are
scheduled since in April 1 and August 5 of 2011, respectively, subject to unexpected
delays, as is normal for this kind of missions. We would be honored to share this
experience with this guest, who has demonstrated commitment to education and space
science in astronomy club, astronomy Olympics and educational special projects with
some international agencies to throughout their careers, as part of different educational
and astronomical institutions of Colombia.
