After the apple juice is obtained, then bacteria and yeast will be added to the liquid to start the
alcohol fermentation process. Apart from yeast, sugar is also added in the apple juice which will
be converted into alcohol. In the second fermentation process, the alcohol is converted into
vinegar by bacteria that form acetic acid.
Apple cider vinegar is a drink obtained from the fermentation process of apples. Apple
cider vinegar has many health benefits because it contains lots of carbohydrates, vitamins and
minerals.
