Inspection shall be carried out using this sheet at least once a month,
and daily visual inspection shall be done by the work team leader (Safety).
Rejected one shall be destroyed and removed from the Site.

Inspected and accepted one shall be identified with an adhesive color vinyl tape.

When one crack of web sling is over than 10% in width, or 25% in thickness, or
5 or more cracks are over 3% in width or 1% in thickness, the web sling shall be rejected.
