ORDER OF DISQ!)ALIFICATION FROM BEING
COMMISSIONED AS NOTARY PUBLIC OF
ATTY. ARISTEDESA. MARAMOT

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the

Resolution dated 4 November 2020 of the Court (Special Third
Division) in A.C. No. 9067, titled "Marjorie A. Petilo vs.
Atty. Aristedes A. Maramot," to wit:

ACCORDINGLY, the Court, upon the

recommendation of the OBC, resolves to APPROVE
respondent's Motion to Lift the Order of Suspension from
the practice of law and his disqualification from notarial
practice and being commissioned as Notary Public and
ALLOW respondent to resume his practice of law and
perform notarial acts.

Nevertheless, respondent is still REQ!JIRED to

SUBMITthe original copies of the certifications from the
IBP Oriental Mindoro Chapter and from the Executive
judge of the courts concerned through courier or any
convenient means as soon as practicable.
