No. 17-07-183-RTC (Transfer of Records of Criminal Case Nos. C- J71-08 and C-172-08 Pending Before the Regional Trial Court, Branch 18, Roxas City, Capiz, to the Regional Trial Court, Muntinlupa City). The Court resolves to NOTE the letter dated July 19, 2019 of Clerk of Court V Sharmen D. Gallanero-Billones, Regional Trial Court, Branch 18, Roxas City, Capiz, referring Criminal Case No. C-171-08 and C-172-08, entitled “People of the Philippines vs. Joenel Lastimoso” for appropriate action considering that accused Joenel Lastimoso wishes to enter his plea bargaining and requested the transfer of his cases to the New Bilibid Prisons, Muntinlupa City, the Court resolves: (1) to NOTE: (a) the aforesaid letter; and (b) the Memorandum November 7, 2019 of the Office of the Court Administrator, 2) to AUTHORIZE Presiding Judge Ignacio 1. Alajar, Regional Trial Court, Branch 18, Roxas City, Capiz, to CAUSE the temporary transfer of the records of Criminal Case Nos. C-171- 08 and C-172-08 to the Executive Judge of the Regional Trial Court of Muntinlupa City, for the conduct of some proceedings thereat under the following guidelines pursuant to the Resolution dated April 5, 2016 of the Court En Banc in A.M. No. 15-08-07-SC (Re: Administrative Matter for Agenda Requesting the Transfer of Venue of Pending Case/s Wherein the Accused is Currently Detained at the National Penitentiary by Virtue of a Conviction in Another Case), to wit: (2.1) Within three (3) days from notice, Presiding Judge Ignacio I. Alajar or his successor shall cause the transmittal of the case records to the Regional Trial Court, Muntinlupa City for the re-arraignment of the accused pursuant to the Resolution dated April 10, 2018 of the Court in A.M. No. 18-03-06-SC, within the premises of the New Bilibid Prisons, Muntinlupa City; (22) Within three (#) days from redeipt of the case records, the Executive Judge of the Regional Trial Court, = over - two (2) pages..! Alajar or his successor shall have written and signed the decision in the cases, he or his successor shall cause the transmittal thereof for its promulgation by the incumbent Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Muntinlupa City, to whom the cases were previously assigned; and The incumbent Judge shall immediately calendar the decision for promulgation, and once the promulgation thereof has been completed, shall issue the Certificate of Promulgation and cause the immediate return of the case records to the Regional Trial Court, Branch 18, Roxas City, Capiz.” Very truly yours, LIBRA] .
