The main rule is to avoid crowds and leave the house only if necessary. If it is really unavoidable, follow
the guidelines:

 Wear masks and clean your hands frequently.

 Do not put your hands on your face.
 Respect social distance.
 Give preference to make card payments.
 Avoid crowded bars and restaurants. If you are going out, look for reserved places that follow all
hygiene procedures.
 Avoid barbecues and parties with guests who are not part of your family life.
 Do not stay in places with many people.
 When you get home, do not touch anything until after personal hygiene.
 Have alcohol, gel, liquid or bleach solution for hygiene and plastic bags or a box to store small
belongings and shoes close to the entrance door.
 Take off your dirty shoes and leave them in a corner of the entrance.
 Remove the clothes and place them in a plastic bag or directly in the laundry basket.
 Keep small belongings in the box that you will not use at home, such as wallet and key.
 Clean your glasses and cell phone.
 If possible, take a shower. If not, clean the areas not protected by clothing with alcohol 70%.
 Clean packages of products you purchased before storing them with 70% alcohol or bleach
solution.
