    Hospital, Noblesville, Indiana, effective May 25,2006.

    It has been an honor and a pleasure to serve as Radiation Safety Oficer at Riverview
    Hospital.

    There are no outstanding issues regarding radiation safety at Riverview Hospital that
    have anything to do with my resignation.

    Riverview Hospital is in the process of appointing a new Radiation Safety Officer within
    the 30 day time frame.
