SUAL + READ THE TEXTS CAREFULLY THEN ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS! TEXT I Frequently the complaint is heard that an organization ‘lack leadership’, what is meant by this? This means that some sort of actions should have been taken. But no one took the initiative to try to get other people to realize that they should do something. Thus, nothing was done. In other cases, the complint is heard that the organization does not have ‘good leadership’. This means that decisions are made and action is taken.
