GAMBARAN PERILAKU KELUARGA TENTANG PENCEGAHAN

PENYAKIT MENULAR TUBERKULOSIS DI POLI


PARU RSUD KOTA MATARAM.

Abstrack

Tuberkulosis paru adalah penyakit menular langsung yang disebabkan oleh kuman
TB(Mycobacterium tuberculosis), yang menyerang terutama paru dan disebut juga
tuberculosisparu. Bila menyerang organ selain paru (kelenjar limfe, kulit, otak, tulang,
usus, ginjal) disebut tuberkulosis ekstra paru. Menurut WHO (World Health
Organization) memperkirakan dewasa ini terdapat sekitar 1700 juta penduduk dunia telah
terinfeksi kuman TBC. Di Nusa Tengara Barat penyakit. jumlah kasus TB Paru pada
tahun 2016 mencapai 5. 507. Sedangkana dikota mataram jumalah kasus TB paru tahun
2016 sebanyak 400 orang.
Dari Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan di Poli Paru RSUD Kota Mataram
menunjukan bahwa 40 responden dimana dengan kategori Baik sebanyak 17 responden
(42,5%) yang mempunyai perilaku Cukup sebanyak 12 responden (30,5%) sedangkan
yang berperilaku kurang sebanyak 11 responden (27,5%).

Abstrack

Pulmonary tuberculosis is a direct infectious disease caused by TB

(Mycobacterium tuberculosis) bacteria, which attacks mainly the lungs and is also called

pulmonary tuberculosis. When attacking organs other than the lung (lymph nodes, skin, brain,

bones, intestines, kidneys) is called extra-pulmonary tuberculosis. According to WHO

(World Health Organization) estimates that there are currently around 1700 million people in

the world have been infected with TB germs. In West Nusa Tenggara the disease. the number

of pulmonary TB cases in 2016 reached 5. 507. While in the city of Mataram, the number of

pulmonary TB cases in 2016 was 400 people.

From the results of research that has been done at the Pulmonary Poly Hospital of

Mataram City, it shows that 40 respondents in which with the Good category were 17

respondents (42.5%) who had enough behavior as many as 12 respondents (30.5%) while

those who behaved less were 11 respondents ( 27.5%).
