    KNOW YE ALL MEN AND PERSONS WORLDWIDE, I, Michaux, latisah, hereinafter “Claimant”, makes
    lawful claim to all attachments, issues, interests, assets, rents, derivatives, and proceeds therefrom in Lot 1, Block 12
    Replat of part of Eastridge, and Addition to Wichita, Kansas, Sedgwick County, Kansas Lat: 37.67472, Lng -97.25776.
    Failure to disclaim this Notice shall be confession, admittance, and acceptance of My claim.

    Equity regards as done that which ought to have been done; the First in Order of Time shall Prevail; where there are equal
