ANSWERS.

1. The three traits my mother had that I think are holy are being loving person, caring person, and
stoic person. The difference of those traits to my image of God is my mother is loving, caring
and sacrificing for us to provide our needs and raise me as a good person while our God shows
his love, his care to mankind to the point he sacrifice his own life (Jesus Christ) to save us from
our sins.
2. The symbol of Holy Trinity that helped me to understand it is the “Tree and Sun” Using the tree,
we can relate that the Father is the root, the branches is the Son and the fruit is the Holy Spirit.
While using the sun, we can relate that the sun itself is the Father, the sun rays is the Son, and
the heat from the sun is the Holy Spirit
3. The way that the holy trinity did to be present in Jesus baptism as follow; Jesus is
getting baptized (Son), the Spirit is descending on him like a dove (Holy Spirit), and the Father is
speaking from Heaven (The Father).
4. The sign of the cross is a prayer, a blessing, and a sacramental. As a sacramental, it prepares an
individual to receive grace and disposes one to cooperate with it.
5. When we say substance it is the material, or matter, of which something is
made. Substances are physical things that can be seen, touched, or measured. While the person
is the human being. When we talk about Holy Trinity. We can see, feel the presence and
measure the omnipotence of Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ serve as human person in
our world to save us. Holy Spirit turns to animal liked dove for us to see and feel the presence of
it. While the father shows us a brightest Light speaking from nowhere to show his present to us
liked a substance that we can see and we can feel.
